- The ticket purchased online serves as an individual entry pass for the selected numbered station on the chosen date.
- The ticket price includes access to all water attractions, entertainment for both adults and children, use of changing rooms and other facilities, as well as a beach umbrella station with two sunbeds according to the selected option; each station can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. It is not possible to add additional sunbeds or umbrellas within the same space.
- Children under 99 cm, guests aged 75 and over, and people with 100% disability who are non-self-sufficient (if accompanied by a paying person) are entitled to free admission, available only at the park’s ticket office.
- Guests with reduced mobility who can use the attractions independently must purchase the appropriate standard ticket.
- All rides and attractions close 30 minutes before park closing time.
- Tickets are non refundable under any circumstances. However, one date change is allowed (subject to availability and management approval), up to 24 hours before the ticketed date. A fee of € 3.00 per ticket applies, and ticket type cannot be changed.
