- The ticket price includes use of the facilities and rental of the harness kit (helmet, harness, carabiners, pulley and lanyards) for a maximum time of 90 minutes.
- The yellow and orange baby routes are accessible to children over 100 cm tall; the green young route is accessible to children at least 8 years old. The adult/teen routes, green, blue and red, are accessible from 140 cm in height and above
- The route is NOT accessible to children under 100 cm, pregnant women, people with motor difficulties, physical, cardiac or mental problems, or people weighing more than 150 kg.
- The admission ticket is not refundable under any circumstances; however, it is possible to request a date change subject to availability and prior approval by management. The date-change request can be made up to 24 hours before the date shown on the originally purchased ticket. The date can be changed only once, at a cost of €3.00 per ticket, and it does not allow the ticket type to be changed.
- In case of adverse weather conditions, the park may remain closed.
- Comfortable clothing with closed-toe shoes is recommended.
