- The ticket price includes access to the facilities and rental of the safety kit (helmet, harness, carabiners, pulley, and lanyards) for a maximum duration of 90 minutes.
- The Yellow and Orange “Baby” courses are accessible to children over 100 cm in height.
- The Green “Young” course is suitable for children aged 8 and up.
- The Green, Blue, and Red courses (for teens and adults) are accessible to participants 140 cm and taller.
- The adventure course is not accessible to:
- children under 100 cm, pregnant women
- individuals with mobility issues, physical, heart, or psychological conditions,
- or anyone weighing over 150 kg
- Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, a date change may be requested, subject to availability and management approval.
Requests must be made no later than 24 hours before the original ticket date.
Only one date change is permitted, and a fee of €3.00 per ticket applies.
Ticket type cannot be changed.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions, the park may remain closed.
- Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.
