- The ticket price includes access to the facilities and rental of the safety kit (helmet, harness, carabiners, pulley, and lanyard) for a maximum duration of 90 minutes.
- The “Baby” Yellow and Orange courses are accessible to children over 100 cm tall.
- The Green “Young” course is suitable for children aged 8 and up.
- The Green, Blue, and Red courses (for teenagers and adults) are accessible to participants at least 140 cm tall.
- The adventure course is not accessible to: Children under 100 cm in height, Pregnant women, People with mobility, physical, cardiac, or psychological Issues,
anyone weighing more than 150 kg
- Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
However, it is possible to request a date change, subject to availability and management approval.
Requests must be made no later than 24 hours before the original ticket date.
Only one date change is allowed, with a €3.00 fee per ticket. Ticket type changes are not permitted.
- In case of adverse weather conditions, the park may remain closed.
- We recommend comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
