In order to ensure the smooth running of the activities, management reserves the right to make changes to the programme without prior notice.
In case of bad weather, shows and activities will not be guaranteed.
The admission ticket will not be refundable or changeable under any circumstances, except in the case of extraordinary events that prevent the park from opening; however, it is possible to request a date change subject to availability and prior approval by management. The date-change request can be made up to 24 hours before the date shown on the originally purchased ticket. The date can be changed only once, at a cost of €3.00 per ticket, and it does not allow the ticket type to be changed.
Children up to 99 cm in height, adults over 75, and disabled visitors (100% - art. 3 paragraph 3 law 104), accompanied by a paying person, will be granted free admission to the park without tokens:
this ticket type can be purchased only at the park ticket office.
Admission and Tokens: At the entrance you will receive a wristband with 4 tokens, which can be used to take part in the various activities offered.
Free and repeatable activities:
- Build my scarecrow
- Visit to the courtyard with chicken coop and vegetable garden
- Use of kites
- Participation in games and activities such as yoga, relay races and family games
Token activities:
- Carousel ride: 1 token for one ride, 2 tokens for three rides
- Delivery, boiling and colouring of eggs: 1 token
- The great egg hunt: 2 token
- Holi Party: 1 token for one bag of colours, 2 tokens for three bags
Token management: Tokens are not personal, so each family member can give theirs to others. If you want to take part in more activities, you can buy additional tokens inside the park at a cost of €3 for one token or €10 for 4 tokens.
Day organisation: Check the programme with the schedule to choose the activities you are most interested in. We invite you to spend the whole day with us, but if you can’t enter in the morning, we recommend arriving no later than 16:00 so you can take part in some activities.
